    It was the last day of my family trip in Ginza.

    The quality of the kobe beef was the best.

    If you choose, the staff can cook the whole beef, and the price includes all the serving costs. You don't have to worry about overcooking the beef.

    I'm so sad that I couldn't ask the name of the person who managed my room that day. His cooking skills were excellent. And he has gentle and good manners.

    The price is high, yes. But considering the atmosphere of cooking, serving, and delicate handling, it's worth it.

    If I have to plan to serve someone who is so important to me, this place would be first place I consider.

    With a luxurious atmosphere and courteous service, we offer a special dining experience.
    This time, we received a carefully selected course of 15,000 yen.

    ◎Good points
    ●Course appetizer
    We started with an assortment of five appetizers.
    There were items with refreshing flavors such as kimchi and pickled vegetables.
    The olives were especially effective as an accent, and I enjoyed the refreshing taste.
    The appetizers were beautifully presented on glass plates and were a feast for the eyes.

    ●Extreme tongue salt
    The Kiwami Tongue Shio was cut into thick pieces and had a satisfying texture.
    There were a lot of hidden knives in it, so it was very soft and the flavor spread with every bite.
    A squeeze of lemon made it even more refreshing.

    ●Kobe beef silk loin
    The Kobe beef silk loin, which can be said to be the highlight of this course, has artistic marbling from its appearance.
    When served with wasabi, the sweetness of the fat and the spiciness of the wasabi matched perfectly, making it very delicious.
    We recommend cooking it rare, so you can fully enjoy its softness and juiciness.

    The meat sushi uses strawberries from Ibaraki Prefecture, and the balance with the Shari was exquisite.
    The sourness of the vinegared rice and the flavor of the meat harmonized perfectly, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious taste in every bite. The flavor of the sauce was strong and it was a very satisfying dish.

    The soup was made from Kobe beef and had a deep flavor. In addition, the fruit marinade that was served with chopsticks was refreshing, making it the perfect refreshment between meat dishes. It contained fruits such as strawberries and grapes, and it looked gorgeous.
