    It was used for lunch on Saturday.
    I had reserved the fillet steak course.
    The first snow crab salad with homemade crab miso dressing had a mediocre taste. I can't really taste the crab flavor.
    The grilled fish that came next was very delicious.
    Seasonal grilled vegetables were an accompaniment to the steak. The fact that the grilled cabbage had cumin in it was an added bonus. I want to enjoy the vegetables themselves.
    The fillet steak is well-cooked and delicious.
    The fact that it comes with grated wasabi is also a big plus. However, the sauce containing the yolk was not good.
    For this, soy sauce is usually sufficient.
    Miso soup made with crab stock contains greens and ginger.
    For dessert, both ice cream and fruit are a satisfying ending.

    I think it's a good restaurant for casual Teppanyaki. Not suitable for entertaining.

    There are courses that are more expensive than today's lunch, but the first menu is a snow crab salad that will leave you speechless.

    Also, it's okay to reuse drink coasters, but I want them to be clean.

    If you make a reservation from the official website, your lunch will include one drink. Dinner also includes all-you-can-drink options, and there are also limited courses available on weekdays. I would like to visit you for dinner next time.

    Teppanyaki Sazan is located a little away from the hustle and bustle of Gotanda Station, on the first floor of a 39-year-old apartment complex with distinctive orange walls.
    Although the apartment building has a historical feel to it, once you enter the store you are transported to a different world.
    The overall design is modern with black as the main color, giving it a very stylish atmosphere.
    I was surprised to find such a hidden gem in Gotanda.
    I feel like this place can be used for a variety of occasions such as celebrations, dates, or even dinners, so I can recommend it to others!
    Today I was there for lunch, but since there is basically no sunlight, you can probably enjoy your meal in a mature atmosphere with subdued lighting just like dinner.
    It's not that big, but there are 8 counter seats and 12 table seats.
    The table seats are separated by curtains, so you don't have to be sensitive to the conversations around you.
    The best part of Teppanyaki is the counter!
    It's the best seat as you can watch the flambée right in front of you ^ ^
