About a year has passed since the chef changed.
I understand that it took a lot of trial and error.
The whole atmosphere has changed, albeit slightly. In a good way.
The direction and the way the food is served have changed slightly.
I think the taste of the food has improved.
It's strange that it's not a restaurant that's difficult to make reservations for.
I'd be in trouble if you asked me to. . lol

You can't go wrong if you go on an anniversary or a date.
You can eat the most delicious Italian food.

Minoru Hasegawa Group's new store WAJO!
This time, I had the honor of being invited by the teacher and was able to visit him!
It's Italian🇮🇹
However, the eel bowl came out🤣
The sophisticated space, customer service, and the realistic feeling of seeing the food being prepared right in front of your eyes, and the occasional entertaining element!
It’s fun and delicious✨
After all, it's a level that you don't often see in Kansai!
All the flavors were to my liking...
In particular, I wanted a second helping of freshly baked focaccia and Vongole Bianco, which I can't get anywhere else🤤
Drinks also include wine pairings and non-alti pairings.
Of course, you can also use it alone🙆‍♂️
I was reflecting on the day, so I started with champagne and had a glass of wine recommended by the sommelier.
*Actually, I wanted to pair 🤣
*I will do it next time🤣
We recommend going with a special person on a special day!
I can't wait for my next reservation date.
It was a feast.

This is an innovative Italian restaurant that serves food in a gentle atmosphere from start to finish. Not only is the food delicious, but the wine pairing is also delicious. In particular, the abalone, its pairing wine, and Omi beef fillet were exquisite.
