We came here for lunch one afternoon. The speciality of this restaurant is that they cook the katsu at a low temperature. It takes longer but it helps retain more nutrients in the food, reduces the formation of harmful compounds, and minimizes the risk of oil breaking down into potentially harmful byproducts. The lower temperature also results in the panko coating browning less due to the reduced Maillard reaction, but it has no negative effect on the taste. There are a variety of high-quality cuts of pork to choose from. There are many options and the price is reasonable. We tried one rosu from Kagoshima and one hire from Okinawa. Both were really good. The rice, miso soup, cabbage and sides were tasty, too, and you can have refills. It was a relaxing and enjoyable meal. Although the shop said they were short staffed, the service was really good and we enjoyed our visit. We would definitely go back.

This place has really good Tonkatsu. The meet was very tasty and crispy. The Tonkatsu sauce was awesome too. At first I was eating it with little sauce, but decided to drizzle on the sauce heavily and the flavor popped. This place was great. The restaurant itself is very cozy too. Cool place.
