Some delicious, local, high-quality ramen!!

Although it's located in Kobe, this ramen shop is popular in Ishiimachi, Hyogo Ward, which is far from the center. It is located right next to the Minatoyama Aquarium, which is located in an abandoned school. To get there, we planned to climb from Nada Ward, and it took us three and a half hours to cross Mt. Nabebuta and Mt. Kikusui (lol).
There was a bit of a line, but we were in the store in about 10 minutes. Only 7 seats at the counter. Rich chicken paitan char siu (1,000 yen tax included) topped with boiled egg (+100 yen). The visuals are great and beautiful. The chicken paitan soup with the flavor of soy sauce is delicious. The green onions are also crunchy. This is a cup that is true to the rumors. It's quite complete. I was hungry after climbing the mountain, so I regretted that I should have ordered a large serving of noodles.

Very delicate chicken soup
No odor even if it is slightly muddy
Sophisticated with a solid chicken feel
It's soup. Definitely the seasoning with the noodles.
Before I knew it, I had finished the soup.

It's not light, but it's not boring either.
A truly well-thought-out masterpiece
