A beautiful take on Okinawan cuisine- unique and creative without being pretentious, and stayed true to the local produce. We did the full course with sake pairing and it is absolutely great value (especially compared to degustation courses in Tokyo)! The service was also super intimate and friendly, it was honestly just an all round great experience. :D

Was here for dinner tonight with my girlfriend, really love every course we had. The local ingredients used were so merticulously prepared, the flavors blended so well together and most importantly, the chef's passion for food was truly heartfelt. We started with a clear broth and simmered Okinawa fish, followed by different types of seaweed, uni with tomato jelly and tofu, onion w chorizo soup, agu pork shabu, wagyu beef slices, seasonal vegetables and sashimi with specially crafted sauces so fancy and tasty totally craving for more as i type this review, ginger risotto so fragrant and light. Finally dessert was a homemade chocolate parfait filled with fruits!!! SOOOO YUMS, WE HIGHLYYY RECOMMEND YOU MAKE A BOOKING EARLY AND VISIT THIS BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANT. the best meal we had in Okinawa, better than random izakayas and any restaurants along the main Kokusai Street to be honest. When i return to okinawa ill be sure to revisit!

The gem of Okinawa. This amazing yet humble chef prepares, cooks and serves all by himself with sincerity. Watching and tasting his flawless dishes reminded the true meaning of the artisanship. He barely speaks English, but it did not cause a problem at all. It was the most wholesome dining experience I've had in recent years, and I highly recommend this 2.30hr long of culture.
