High level, yet slightly Japanized Chinese in a cool, modern setting.
Chef has an excellent command of technique, flavors are on point, meal is rather big and generous on the portions.
Some dishes need perfecting on the taste balance, but overall a very pleasant experience.
Sadly, wine pairing was a bit off, so giving 4/5 at this time.

When you step in, you can clearly see the cooking process in the open kitchen, which is rare for Chinese restaurants.
The scenes where flames often rise are impressive.
They are very particular about each item, and it is simply delicious.
I was skeptical when I heard from the owner chef that the taste and spiciness of green onions changes depending on how you cut them, but after eating them I was convinced.
I can understand why they don't leave cutting the green onions to other staff members.
The work was very thorough, and the fried rice was impressive and had the best taste ever.
Also I want to go.
