I visited BANQUE in Roppongi.
This underground store has an intercom at the entrance, so it may be confusing to enter for the first time.
We passed through the huge wine cellar and were seated at a table, where we ordered white wine and beer.
Dishes include fresh Italian green olives (700 yen), fried potato chips with summer truffles (2,600 yen), fresh fish carpaccio (2,400 yen), summer truffle, prosciutto and mimolette salad (3,200 yen), and spaghetti (penne). ) Arrabbiata (1,500 yen) and roasted date chicken thigh with mustard sauce 240g (2,600 yen) were shared by four people.
The freshly fried potato chips with summer truffles had a wonderful aroma of truffles as soon as they were delivered, and the taste was salty and went perfectly with the beer.
The fresh fish carpaccio was red sea bream on this day, but it was topped with herbs, salmon roe, and karasumi, making it well-balanced and delicious.
After that, I changed my drink to red wine and had penne and chicken, all of which were very delicious.
Thank you for the meal.
