Wine Kaiseki Ginza Hayashi Shiya Description

Located just a 2-minute walk from Ginza Station in Tokyo, Wine Kaiseki Ginza Hayashi shiya is a hidden gem that offers a unique dining experience. This restaurant specializes in a new genre called 'Wine Kaiseki,' which combines the elegance of traditional Japanese kaiseki cuisine with the art of wine pairing. The chef, who is also a food producer, has created a menu that breaks the boundaries of traditional kaiseki by focusing on the natural flavors of fresh seasonal vegetables. One of their popular dishes is the Hayashi Rice, a vegetable-based dish that is full of flavor and a must-try for any visitor.

The restaurant's interior is designed to create a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with a central counter seat resembling a bar and private sofa rooms for a more private dining experience. Whether you're looking for a casual after-work drink or a special occasion with your loved ones, Wine Kaiseki Ginza Hayashi shiya is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a unique culinary experience. In addition to their exquisite food, they also offer a wide selection of wines, including their signature Koshu Sparkling Wine, which is served in a traditional 'masu' wooden cup. Don't miss out on the opportunity to indulge in their delectable dishes and experience the perfect harmony of wine and Japanese cuisine.

A great little stop for lunch. A well priced, 3 course lunch with a coffee in Ginza. The chef owner is personally making your meal and he is very kind. The service was quick and the food was tasty. An excellent choice for value and flavor if you are getting peckish from shopping all day.

I will visit you for the evening course.
A shop with a counter and small private rooms.

All of the dishes are carefully selected, delicious, and plentiful, making you very satisfied.
The wines are mainly domestic, and all of them are delicious.

Hayashi rice ranks first, so ordering it is a must!

When I passed by the store, I was told, ``We have seats available today!'' Just have hayashi rice for each person! I visited again after seeing the poster.

The dark bar-like counter and red sofa are stylish.
I think the place was about 70% full on this day.

The most popular menu item is ``Hayashi Rice Made with Vegetables and Bonito Dashi,'' which uses vegetables freshly picked in the morning.
This time I ordered ``Tsukimi Hayashi Rice'' with egg yolk added to it.

Delivery speed is fast! !
Just sit down, open your smartphone, and it's ready in minutes.
It's great when you're in a hurry.

Hayashi rice has less rice.
If you want to eat a lot, I recommend ordering a large portion.
The vegetables are really delicious!
And the roux is exquisite! !
