Xex Tokyo/teppanyaki An Review Summary

Had the Chateaubriand of the beef and it is really tender. I specially like their sauce made with onion and apple juice. The fried rice and soup are also delicious. Appreciated the staff just letting me be quiet to enjoy each dish. At the end, they moved me to a window table for the dessert and to enjoy the night street view. Just one comment. It will be good if they can offer an option between fruit or a Japanese dessert.

Amazing meal in a gorgeous dining room that faces the setting sun. The food had a wonderful refinement, which you do not always get for teppanyaki. Chef Ebi was just dabomb. Well worth a try!

Visited this teppanyaki restaurant for a taste of Japan, but left with mixed feelings. The food quality was good, though fairly overpriced. However, the service was a major letdown, particularly for us as American tourists. We observed a stark contrast in treatment; Japanese patrons received attentive service while ours was substandard. From being rushed to order drinks to having our rice dish served after our main course was finished, the service was inadequate. Overall, the experience was below expectations and not worth the cost.

Wow....simply WOW!. This is a once in a lifetime experience, and what an experience it is. The food is incredible, cooked in front of you by a real artist. The food itself was wonderful. A special treat saw us select the top menu and we weren't disappointed. I can highly recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed! The steak, lobster and seafood was fresh, and the garlic crisps the chef prepared were delicate yet perfect.
