Amazing spicy Taiwanese style ramen. âšð
⢠Would travel to Nagoya for it and get it when Iâm here.
⢠The regular chowhan/fried rice (dont get the garlic oneâŠfor some reason it wasnât as good) was nice and peppery.
⢠The egg drop soup was worth getting.

⢠There was a line but it moved quickly. ð

Nagoya is known for âTaiwan Ramenâ which does not originate from Taiwan. Itâs a spicy ramen with minced pork and a bunch of peppers, but totally bearable.
Iâm Thai btw. It might be spicy for you.

My favourite ramen in Japan - Taiwan ramen. Always make a stop in Nagoya just to get it. Spicy AF but got used to the regular spice. However their âAlienâ spice level is the spiciest thing Iâve ever tried to eat.
