To be honest, this store is amazing!
Everything I ordered was delicious! !
He handles meat like a pro!
The way the food is served is perfect, so I recommend following the instructions of the restaurant staff.
The tsurami was especially delicious.
The skirt steak and salted tongue are thick and soft, and the surami is thinly cut, so you can enjoy the rich flavor of the meat itself without worrying about streaks.
The happiness of drinking makgeolli all at once while eating with a special spy sauce on top!
I found the best store near you!
Thank you for the meal! ! !

It's a pretty small shop with just a counter, but the meat is really delicious. It's thick and large, so it's cost-effective. I also appreciate that the beer was a perfect Suntory beer that seemed to be concerned about the health of the customers. Personally, I don't mind the wine being a little more expensive, so I'd be happy if they also stocked better wines. Skirt steak wasabi and wine are the best combination.
The customer service is energetic, cheerful and polite.
Personally recommended menu
- Assorted kimchi (the amount is amazing for the price)
-Japanese senmai sashimi
-Harami wasabi
-tan salt

#### Popular menu
Particularly popular are the `upper skirt steak'' and the `thickly sliced tongue with salt'', both of which are extremely thick and full of volume. We especially recommend eating the top skirt steak with wasabi soy sauce, and the sweet soy sauce and delicious wasabi are the perfect combination. You can also enjoy the feeling of a live performance being cut right in front of your eyes. The skirt steak is juicy and tender, and the salted tongue is just the right amount of salt, making the beer go well with it.

My daughters went out for an overnight stay, so we went to Yakiniku Yachan Kayabacho Branch, which I had been interested in for some time, and had Yakiniku.
I've been interested in this restaurant since it first opened, but after seeing it aired on Gacchiri Monday the other day, my desire to visit increased.
This time, after making a reservation the day before, I invited a colleague and we visited together.
First, I ordered beer, senmai sashimi, the famous top tongue salt, and top skirt steak.
The senmai sashimi does not contain green onions and is only senmai, and it is delicious and has a large amount.
You can learn a lot by watching Jotan Shio carefully trim each tongue in the kitchen and boldly remove the tip and bottom of the tongue.
I'm also happy that they cut the tongue part into thick pieces on the spot, even though the tongue has become quite small.
I ate the top skirt steak with wasabi soy sauce, and it was thick and delicious.
Next, I ordered upper turami (cheek meat) and mixed hormone.
I ordered the top surami with salt. The meat is thin, but you can run a knife through the sinews, and when you grill it and eat it with chili powder, it has a crunchy texture and is delicious.
Mixed hormones are like tekchan, tansai, and giara, and if you order them with salt, you can also eat them with chili powder and they are delicious.
I was a little surprised that the texture of the tongue in particular was completely different from when I bought it frozen at the butcher.
The serving size was large, and I was very satisfied with the special curry ojiya at the end.
The manager seemed to be from Osaka, and occasionally joined in the conversation at the right time, and the customer service was good.

My wife wanted to go to Osaka Yakiniku Yacchan, where I had taken a business partner the day before, so I went to Yakiniku Yacchan Kayabacho branch every day.
First, I ordered senmai sashimi, kokoro sashimi, tongue, skirt steak, and turami, and had it with beer.
The thick-sliced beef tongue, skirt steak, and surami were just as delicious as the Shinbashi store.
This time, we finished off with tongue stew and special curry ojiya.
The tongue stew is more refreshing than I expected, and the special curry ojiya contains a lot of trimmed meat. This was also meaty and delicious.
Thank you for the meal.
