It was the best! Egg char siu set meal limited to Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays with horse mackerel toppings
I was scared because it was too brown, but I was able to eat it easily.
First of all, the fried horse mackerel is delicious. It's fluffy, soft, and has a strong taste. When you mix mustard with the tartar sauce, it's even more delicious. I decided to try the fried horse mackerel when I came on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
And the char siu was amazing, I thought it would be fatty, but it wasn't that fatty and went perfectly with the rice.
Plus two fried eggs! !
It's amazing because it's grilled with chashu so it's entwined from the beginning. .
I couldn't resist the temptation and turned my attention to the rice! Double โ The rice is mixed with the egg and the flavor of the chashu is soaked up...
I was happy and will definitely go again
I was a little surprised at the price of the sightseeing spot that gave it 4 stars, so I think it's worth it ๐

I heard from a friend that their char siu egg is famous, so I went there as a prelude to visiting Tsukiji. Tsukiji Market and Ichiba-mae Station are a little far apart, but it felt like a quick walk.
Generally, shops around Toyosu close in the afternoon, so this time I went early, aiming for around 8:30. Still, there were a few customers, and it's a small shop, so I think it gets busier on weekends.
The char siu egg you are looking for is a jack-of-all-trades char siu that is soft and creamy. The seasoning is simple, and it's good to eat it with a fried egg!
The fried horse mackerel has a crispy coating and fluffy flesh. The scallops were also extremely rare and delicious!
Perhaps because it's a restaurant for working people, the portions of food are amazing! Probably close to 300g...lol
If you are planning to eat while walking after this, or if you are coming after eating, I think it would be better to have less rice!
