I ordered an assortment of 6 types of omakase (specially selected short ribs, selected loin, premium tongue, top skirt steak, today's steak, and rare cuts).
The turtle mushrooms are refreshing and the loin is juicy! Even though the short ribs are specially selected, the fat on the ribs is more than expected, and the ribs are on fire.
Considering the tongue is marbled, I was surprised at how smooth and delicious it was.
The choregi salad has a nice punch of pepper, and the kimchi is classic and delicious with cubed steak, cucumber, and Chinese cabbage.
The grilled yukhoe is really fun with the egg yolk overflowing from the corn. The sweet corn is crushed for a nice balance♪
It's interesting to compare the top skirt steak with thick-sliced sagari and find that sagari has more elasticity!
The best Ota beef fatty tuna sushi was served with gooey gari. The cold noodles I ordered at the end were perfectly thin and had a sweet sauce, and went smoothly.
As for the wine, I enjoyed a glass of the full-bodied Eris Rosso.

Ota Farm, known as one of the top Kobe beef producing farms in Hyogo Prefecture, has painstakingly created the Tajima beef brand Ota Beef as its own brand. This is a restaurant that has the ability to serve Ota beef!
▽Recommended menu!
○ Grilled Yukhoe
The cone contains seasoned yukhoe and egg yolk, and is eaten in a fashionable style that's popular these days. The yukhoe meat was thick and delicious, and the sweetness of the corn was new.
○ Compare the tastes of Ota beef ribs and loin
This was amazing! Assortment of Ota beef short ribs, top ribs, special ribs, loin, top loin, and special sirloin. It's been a long time since I tasted the difference and I could feel the difference, and it was worth ordering. Even regular short ribs and loin have a meaty flavor and are very delicious, but when it comes to the special selection, it has a soft taste without any unpleasant taste, and the fat is really delicious.
○ Ota Beef Premium Toro Sushi (2 pieces)
This is also melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It was delicious when you put it in your mouth, with the sizzle of fat that you can see.The caviar and wasabi added just the right amount of flavor and it was just too delicious. .
○Sirloin Chazuke
To finish off, I tried sirloin chazuke for the first time. The sirloin is lavishly served and has a beautiful pink color. When you add the dashi soup, it's really thick! It doesn't lose to the punchy taste of sirloin and is just the right amount of smoothness to eat.
▽Other order menus
○ Assorted Namul
○3 types of kimchi
○Shinshin
○Large sirloin
