Since it's run by a general and an old man, it sometimes takes a while for it to come out, but it's endearing.
Orders are written on paper and handed over.
There was no specification of sauce and salt, but Kashiwa and some of the seeds were sauce, but everything else was salt.
The quality of the Kashiwa meat and the cookedness are absolutely delicious. I also can't resist the fact that there's a single-leaf green onion in between.
The skin is salty but crispy and good.
Let's go again.
