Beef specialist. Vibe is basically like a dinner party. Homemade creative kimchi and namul plate, super rich cuts of gyu-tan, motsu and harami. Reservations required, only 6 seats total.

It was amazing from start to finish...!This time, we enjoyed a course using seasonal Japanese pepper.

I was surprised at how high-quality the first item, the kimchi platter, was. Loaded with pineapple, corn, tomatoes, melon, etc. The delicious and spicy taste will make you fall in love with it.

The thinly cut beef tongue is served with sweet soy sauce and plenty of Japanese pepper. It's extremely delicious with a refreshing aftertaste!

Each person gets a piece of thickly cut beef tongue. Top with plenty of Japanese pepper and grated radish. This is an impressive taste! This is the best beef tongue I've eaten recently.

The main dish is the Hana Sansho Nabe.
The soup blends the flavor of various mushrooms and is so delicious. This alone will help you drink better.

All the vegetables are delicious as well. I was very satisfied with the sansho flavor as well! I want to go here again.

This is a counter only store.
I had the tongue shabu course.
It's healthy to eat heaps of watercress and mushrooms.
The kimchi that came out at the beginning was also unusual, such as fruit kimchi.

I also had it with a heaping amount of grated oni grated rice - ̗̀ ෆ( ˶'ᵕ'˶)ෆ ̖́- with ponzu sauce.
Beef tongue lets you eat only the really good parts.
It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!
