Yamagishi Description

Yamagishi is a hidden gem located in Kyoto, Japan, offering a unique dining experience that combines the art of Japanese cuisine with the comfort of a relaxed atmosphere. Opted for the shark fin in turtle broth course (June) and loved it! Plenty of high end sake like Juyondai & Aramasa by half carafe options. Main chef is really friendly too! Truly enjoyed all the dishes here.

Lovely dinner we hv had last night - comfortable setting and choice ingredient with a mix of High quality appetizers.

One of the best kaiseki meal I ever had. Traditional and modern at the same time. The flavor just so elegant and special that hard to describe. The handroll sushi was so good I was ready to order extra but I was too full.
