Overall, `You'll be shocked by how delicious Negima is. You should try it at least once.''

When Michelin was launched in Japan, it was one of the first restaurants in Japan to receive a ☆ star. A really good store.

It was originally a famous store in Kagurazaka.
One winter day, after I had been losing the reservation war, I finally managed to get a reservation, so I visited.
    I ate green onion hotpot.

    This is really delicious.
I was shocked to find out that this is what the word `delicious'' means. It's light, yet deep, and the amount of salt is just right, making it really delicious.
The Toro used is also large.
(Ah, hey, such a big toro...are you going to make it into a hot pot...? I want to eat it as sushi...!)
I'm a bit dismayed, but it's a great idea to make it into a hot pot. delicious.
The fat from the fatty tuna melts into the soup, making it the best.
    Wow, green onions are delicious!

Also, the owner and staff are all women wearing aprons, and the customer service is warm and warm.
The inside of the store is clean and well-organized, giving you the feeling of being at a close friend's house.
It gives the impression that this is a store for adults over 40 years old.

Personally, I've been eating hot pot for a long time and wanted to take a break.
I think it would have been nice if some of the appetizer could be placed between the pots.

But it's delicious! Kagurazaka should be more proud of this store!

Wonderful soup stock and ingredients! I can feel the chef's desire for you to eat delicious food!

It's on the second floor of a building halfway up Kagurazaka, about a 5-minute walk from Iidabashi Station.
It's across the street from Torichaya Annex, but for a moment I thought it was this building? It's a place with such a feeling that it feels scary to enter.
It feels like walking up the stairs in the building to an office somewhere.
This shop is truly like a hideaway.
When you enter the store, you will be warmly welcomed by Mr. Yamazaki and the staff.

The meal consists of one course.
This time, the most recommended item is “Negima Nabe”!
The course includes an appetizer, 4 small dishes, sashimi, a hot pot, a final dish, and a souvenir.
The food was carefully prepared using carefully selected ingredients.
So every dish is delicious and will make you smile.
The main dish, the tuna, is very thick and of the highest quality with visible fat!
I think it would be delicious to eat raw with wasabi soy sauce (lol)
Each part of the tuna was added to the soup stock.
Even when thoroughly cooked, the fatty tuna remains very moist and soft, and it also absorbs the deliciousness of the soup stock, making it even more delicious!
You can also enjoy the different textures and tastes depending on the part.

For dashi enthusiasts, it is difficult to taste dashi like this. delicious!
Of course, the rice porridge served with that soup is also the best!
A sprinkle of black pepper is also delicious!

This is one of the stores I would like to visit again soon.
    Hey, let's go!

A hideaway-style restaurant in Kagurazaka where you can enjoy seasonal hot pot dishes. From Iidabashi, turn right at the corner of Torichaya across from Bishamonten, and go up the stairs through the door that looks like a normal side entrance of the building on your immediate left. A small, bright interior with four tables that seat four people.
In winter, there are a variety of dishes, including duck hotpot, negima nabe, yose nabe, and from May, greenling umeboshi hotpot, but this time, we pre-ordered the standard negima nabe course. After the sashimi and a plate of five spring-filled appetizers, including a small bowl of bamboo shoots and green peas, tempura of butterbur and rape blossoms, the hot pot begins. The staff at the restaurant will take care of everything from cooking the hot pot to serving the food, so you can eat it in its most delicious condition. In the past, I had no idea how delicious Negima Nabe was, but this hotpot convinced me. The final dish is dashi chazuke, which is rice topped with soup stock from the hot pot. Finish with a dessert of sakuramochi (eaten with the leaves) and strawberries. A very satisfying night.

I receive reservations for the next month at the beginning of the month, and the soup stock is delicious and goes well with rice at the end.

It only takes about an hour and a half, so you can also go to your local galette shop.
