I ended up getting all kinds lol
It was delicious, but each flavor could have been a little stronger.
In particular, I wanted more of the shiso dumplings' ``shiso feeling'' and the winter melon gyoza's ``dried shrimp feeling.''
The chicken wing gyoza was crispy on the outside and delicious.

The meat dumplings were probably filled with crunchy bamboo shoots, and the texture was good, contrasting well with the well-cooked and chewy meat.
The limited edition green chili pepper dumplings have just the right amount of spiciness. Next time I want to try vegetable gyoza.

It is a compact shop run by the master himself. The gyoza filled with bean paste are carefully prepared and all delicious. The potato shochu ``gyoza'' mixed with soda was also delicious. Recommended for a quick drink.
