[This is what "Japanese" means]
About 10 minutes walk from Nogizaka Station. I visited Yamazaki.
All dishes are delicious.
That's what I heard, and it was exactly right. Everything is excellent.
Particularly impressive were the matsutake mushroom soup, chestnuts with bean paste, surf clams, and eel...It's rare for me to be able to list such a large number of dishes.
And the alcoholic beverages are updated every year, so they're all delicious.
The light taste maximizes the flavor of the ingredients. It is the true essence of Japanese food, but I felt that modern elements were gradually incorporated into it.
Of course it's not cheap, but you'll understand the value when you try it.
I will definitely visit again.

I love this store and visit it regularly. Of course, it's because it's delicious, but it's always evolving, so you can't take your eyes off it. The balance between creation and the essence of Japanese cuisine is getting more and more polished. It's not the formal atmosphere that tends to be found in shops, but it's a young and fresh team that makes me feel very comfortable.
The hard work of the working children is as exciting as cooking.
