Came here just before the end of lunch.
The female clerk was very nice and greeted me😃
Special Chinese noodles (salt)
Overall dull flavor
The individual ingredients are very delicious, but the soup is a little thin? (I think there are individual differences)
Wontons are surprisingly delicious! !
Special Chinese noodles (soy sauce)
Everything is perfectly balanced 😃✌️
The soup that brings out the individual ingredients is exquisite!
Of course, wontons are delicious too!
I plan on going there from now on since it's nearby.
I think I'll try the tsukemen next time.
Thank you for the meal🙇

``Chuka Soba Yanagiya'' is a ramen shop located at the corner of the Sakuramoto Junior High School intersection, a 20-minute walk from Kawasaki Daishi Station on the Keikyu Daishi Line.
?
At the ticket vending machine, I purchased ``Special Chinese Soba'' for 1,100 yen, ``Noodle Large Size'' for 120 yen, and ``Egg Rice'' for 400 yen.
I asked for soy sauce for the soup.
If you use soy sauce, the noodles will be flat, and if you use salt, the noodles will be thin.
?
"Special Chinese Soba, Soy Sauce, Large Size of Noodles"
Inside the ramen bowl, you'll be spoiled for choice with the special char siu, braised pork, wontons, two boiled eggs, seaweed, and Chinese pickled vegetables.
?
The noodles are medium-thick, curly noodles made by Mikawaya Seimen with a high water content, and are chewy and delicious😋😋
The soup is a double soup made with seafood such as dried sardines and bonito flakes, and chicken bones, and is very flavorful and delicious.
The thick char siew has a good texture, and the braised pork leaves you wishing for white rice.
?
Good noodles, good soup, and a good balance of ingredients, this is a hit ramen🍜
?
Tamago kake gohan is a set of rice sprinkled with shaved bonito flakes, egg, and soy sauce.
The eggs are Okukuji eggs from Ibaraki Prefecture, and they're delicious on their own, but there's no reason they can't be delicious with soy sauce and shaved bonito flakes.
So delicious😋😋
?
So I ate like crazy and finished the whole thing in less than 10 minutes.
It was really delicious 😋

Special Chinese noodles with soy sauce flavor and handmade noodles were very delicious! Although it is quite far from the station, it seems that there are many local fans because of the richness of the ingredients and the careful workmanship. The soy sauce-flavored handmade noodles had a high degree of perfection, and the salty thin noodles felt unreliable in comparison. I would like to visit you again!
