Once in a lifetime experience. Grilled items had superb flavors. Highlight was the seasonally available soft shell turtle. The chef was able to prepare it multiple ways... Raw, fried, stew. It all tasted good. A must try if you areable to secure reservation.

Make a reservation for 4 people. Second visit.

Both vegetables and game are very delicious! What I especially liked↓

→ Was it charcoal grilled? The flavor is strong and delicious.
・Rough of carp
→I thought carp would be more muddy, but that's not the case at all. Is this what you get a slight aftertaste after eating? It's so flavorful. It has a chewy texture and strong flavor just like meat!
・Boar pot
→A pot full of garland chrysanthemums. It goes well with the aroma of boar meat. And also for alcohol!

The other bears and deer were fresh and had no odor, but I was able to fully enjoy their unique flavors, and my stomach was extremely full.
I want to come again next year.

[Reservations required] A game restaurant located on the 1st floor of the Dai-4 Nishiki Building, Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. I've never had game food before, but I think it's a good place to go to eat for the first time. All dishes are delicious. It was my first time trying bee cubs, bear meat, venison, and carp washes, and they all suited my tastes. Is it because the restaurant's cooking method is good? You can feel that the food is cooked to make the most of the deliciousness of the ingredients. I personally praise the venison as being tender and delicious. lol. You can enjoy your meal in peace and quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed the 14,000 yen (as of December 2023) course. Thank you for the meal♪
