I went there because I heard that the mapo tofu was delicious.
By the way, there was Sichuan style and Cantonese style.
Sichuan style selection.
It's not the usual one thickened with potato starch.
It's difficult to explain. It feels more like fried than boiled. It has a lot of spice and a complex flavor. As I continued to eat it, I found it to be more and more delicious.
I heard that there is a bread that goes well with mapo tofu, and it was listed on the menu, but I don't think it goes well with mapo tofu. Tonporo usually suits me better.
Rice is better.
When I asked for rice, I was served rice that had probably been heated in the microwave.
Since it's Chinese food, I don't think they usually prepare freshly cooked rice, so I don't worry about it.
If you are interested, please order fried rice.
The other dishes were also mostly delicious.
Highly recommended for authentic Chinese food.
The prices are high, but you can basically share, and some dishes are available in half sizes.
The staff members are always making their rounds among the customers, and are quick to remove empty plates, creating an atmosphere in which it is easy to approach the customers.
