You can enjoy an abundance of first-class ingredients such as sea urchin, puffer fish, abalone, fatty tuna, and ichibo.
The seasoning is good, so I'm very satisfied with the food, but since the restaurant is styled like an izakaya, I don't think it's as expensive as I expected.
(The cost is around 10,000 yen per person. If you are looking for a restaurant in the Kappo style, the materials would cost around 15,000 yen.)
However, the location of the store is a little difficult to find, so I think it would be difficult to just stop by. I guess that's why it's limited to word of mouth or referrals.
And there are no prices on the food menu.
If you just walked in, it would be scary lol

Kasumi crab
quite delicious
Be careful of market prices
We recommend checking the price in advance.
Karasumi pasta. The homemade karasumi was very tasty, but it was more like fried rice noodles than pasta.
