Yasuo Ramen Description
Yasuo Ramen is a hidden gem located in the bustling neighborhood of Nishi-Shinjuku in Tokyo. As you step into the restaurant, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with traditional Japanese decor and a friendly staff ready to serve you.
What sets Yasuo Ramen apart from other ramen shops is their dedication to creating the perfect bowl of ramen. Their signature dish, the Yasuo Ramen, is a rich and flavorful broth made from a secret recipe that has been passed down through generations. The noodles are cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chewiness, and are topped with tender slices of chashu pork, bamboo shoots, and a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors that will leave you craving for more.
In addition to their classic ramen, Yasuo Ramen also offers a variety of other dishes, including tsukemen, a dipping-style ramen that allows you to savor the noodles and broth separately. Their menu also features a selection of side dishes and drinks to complement your meal. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or a first-time visitor, Yasuo Ramen is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the authentic flavors of Japanese cuisine.

After reopening in May 2022, it has been refined and renewed with a slightly less harsh soup and more complex soup, still as delicious as ever, with a taste that can only be found here!
December 2023 The noodles and soup are constantly being improved, and are delicious with an exquisite balance of five flavors, back fat, and flavor! , I recommend the ginger topping.
Extra-thick and medium-thick mixed ra udon 950 yen, Yasujiro with bean sprouts 950 yen, regular 180g, large 280g, special 380g (50g 50 yen, 100g 100 yen, 200g 200 yen),
La udon does not use pork bones, but has a rich chicken soy sauce-based seafood double soup, chashu pork, boiled spinach, back fat, shichimi, fish meal, and freshly squeezed garlic. It may seem like junk for a moment, but it has an exquisite balance of sweetness, sourness, spiciness, and umami, making it an addictive and original soup with a Japanese taste. As someone who is over 60 years old, I finish the soup every time, but my stomach doesn't feel heavy and I want to eat it again the next day. It is addictive. (Pet tea is recommended to prevent garlic odor)
Auction-based homemade noodles are firm and chewy, but in recent years many people have leftovers, so they've been made a bit more chewy. If you're trying it for the first time, start with the standard 180g! , Water is self-service, the host recognizes it, and as I wait after taking a seat at the counter, he asks me to order in advance, I can specify less oil or dilute flavor, I can't specify the hardness of the noodles, and it takes about 10 minutes to boil. The rule is to wait patiently and not say anything until someone calls out to you. When asked about garlic or ginger toppings, we recommend toppings (free, ginger only, half/less, etc.)
The trick to eating is to eat quietly without stirring, and because the flavors are layered, the taste changes depending on the place and time, making it lively and fun to eat without getting bored.
He's busy doing mostly one-on-one surgeries, and he and his wife are both doing surgeries, and it's endearing that the two of them are so lively at times. Please refrain from smoking and please help us by wiping down the bowls and counters. Your husband seems unfriendly and scary, but does he actually like to talk? The Mongolian story is interesting, and the interior of the store, including the floor, is handmade by the owner.
It's fun to take out La Udon noodles. Although it takes a little time to prepare, you can enjoy a high-level taste that you can't normally eat at home. Soup and chashu are a must. Loosen the lid and boil the soup in hot water. Add squeezed garlic to the bowl. Boil the extra-thick noodles for 12 minutes, then add the medium-thick noodles for 8 minutes halfway through. Top with garlic, ginger, dried dried bonito flakes, chili peppers, seaweed, and chashu pork.
