Very generous serving of noodles and ingredients! The al dente noodles were perfect and the broth was rich and flavourful. The ajitama ramen came with a selection of 6 free toppings - cabbage/bean sprouts, garlic, pork fat, bell peppers, ginger. You can ask for any combination of the toppings or all of them. As the eatery only has 10 seats, it can be a little stressful to eat fast so that others in the queue can get their turn. The store is located at a junction with many small eateries. Most of them have a queue from 11.45am onwards.

Tasty. It’s a large meal that I cannot finish it by myself. I wait for almost 30 minuets for my noodle. Always crowded.

Pay by machine. No English menu, but I don't think that you can go wrong with what you order here. Wait during lunch was about 30 mins. Delicious!
