Yoroiya Ramen Description
Located in the historic district of Asakusa, Yoroiya Ramen is a beloved ramen shop that has been serving traditional Japanese cuisine for over 30 years. As the birthplace of soy sauce ramen, Asakusa is known for its rich culinary heritage, and Yoroiya Ramen continues to uphold this tradition with their flavorful and aromatic ramen dishes.
What sets Yoroiya Ramen apart from other dining establishments is their attention to detail and commitment to quality. The broth for their ramen is meticulously prepared using a combination of carefully selected chicken and pork bones, along with dried bonito flakes and vegetables. This results in a rich and savory broth that is the perfect base for their noodles.
One of the standout menu items at Yoroiya Ramen is their signature yuzu-flavored ramen. With each slurp, you'll be greeted by the refreshing and citrusy aroma of yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit. This unique twist on traditional ramen adds a delightful and nostalgic touch to the dish.
In addition to their delicious ramen, Yoroiya Ramen also offers handmade gyoza, a popular side dish that has been a customer favorite for years. Made with tender chicken thigh meat, these lightly seasoned gyoza are a perfect accompaniment to the flavorful ramen.
The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting, with a first-floor counter and second-floor table seating. Whether you're dining alone or with family, Yoroiya Ramen provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all.
If you're looking to experience the authentic flavors of Asakusa and indulge in a bowl of delicious ramen, Yoroiya Ramen is the place to be. With their dedication to quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, this restaurant is a true gem in the heart of Tokyo.

The soup was cooked with three kinds of bones, more fish flavor than pork or beef. The noodles are well cooked in the way you feel chewy in the mouth. The mixture of the noodles and soup is super!
