Yoshifuji Review Summary

[Shop that serves J-League FC Tokyo players]
I ordered ``Mushroom dipping soup udon special,'' ``5 vegetable tempura dishes,'' and ``Inari sushi.'' This totaled 1600 yen.

Udon with mushroom soup...it was delicious! The noodles may be thin or thick, giving it a great hand-made taste. The dipping sauce was full of mushrooms and had just the right amount of seasoning for me. The extra serving has 1kg of noodles. I was hungry, so I was surprisingly hungry (lol)
There are 5 types of vegetable tempura: sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot, perilla leaf, and lotus root. Everything is delicious!
Inarizushi is also gentle and delicious!

There are many signs on the wall! There were many autographs of FC Tokyo players on display.
I could hear a lot of private conversation coming from the kitchen, but the staff were nice! I think it was a bit cold inside...Personally (lol)
It was the udon shop I wanted near my house! Thank you for the meal!

About 15 minutes walk from Kodaira Station on the Seibu Line. Near Kinjo High School. This is a famous Musashino udon restaurant that is popular among locals. When you think of Musashino udon, you think of udon that is hard-boiled and cut into chunks, but this udon is quite elegant and has a smooth texture. The flavor of the meat juice is also good, and it is truly exquisite. It's really delicious. Vegetable tempura (5 items) is available for around 200 yen, so please come along. At first glance, it looks like just a private house and may be hard to tell, but it is a wonderful store that is well worth the effort to find. ...As a side note, when you look at the store building from the front, it looks like a face with an open mouth, but what do you think?

After 1330, we had a late lunch.
I had lunch at this restaurant, which is a private store and thankfully has a parking lot.

The rice bowl arrived over 20 minutes after I ordered it, and it seemed like it took a while to boil, probably because it was so chewy.
Musashino udon is chewy, irregular and slightly curly, and is truly hand-made ♫
The dipping sauce is juicy pork belly, green onions, and quite a strong soy sauce flavor♫

Udon is a low priority for me, but I quite like this kind of chewy Musashino-style udon ♫
It was very delicious⭐️

Recommended for people who have plenty of time.
Anyway, there were many colored papers of FC Tokyo players stuck on the wall, but I couldn't read them so I stopped counting them (lol).

I stopped by in between work. There was a lot of udon, and it was chewy and very delicious🤭
Country food udon was 760 yen!
A dipping sauce containing fried tofu. The dipping sauce was piping hot, and it warmed me up even in the cold!

First visit! I ordered a large gravy udon and vegetable tempura.
The soup was perfectly delicious.
I thought the udon was a little soft.
There was a lot of tempura and I was satisfied.

I will go again...
