A Chinese restaurant opened in May 2023 near Kyobashi Station by Chef Tanaka of [Sanma Kurokaki Shokudo].

This is my first visit after being invited by a regular customer.

The interior of the L-shaped counter is lovely.

◆Omakase course 12,100 yen + additional rice at the end

The reviewer who was with us transcribed the menu, which was very helpful.

② Hokkaido new salmon roe pickled in Shaoxing wine

Everything was delicious from start to finish!

I especially liked fried fig shiratama, wagyu beef thigh shabu-shabu, drool chicken, stir-fried spiny lobster with XO sauce, and mapo tofu♡

The sauces on each dish were delicious, and watching Chef Tanaka shake the wok right in front of me was very exciting and exciting.

It seems like up to two of the four dishes are included in the course price, but I wanted to taste them all, so I ordered a small portion and got the four dishes.

I made the correct choice with 4 items.

Many restaurants charge around 20,000 yen for a course with this much content, but even with alcohol, it only costs 20,000 yen, which is surprisingly high cost performance.

Mr. Tanaka of Tenma's popular "Sanma Kurochar Shokudo" will open a new store in Kyobashi in May 2023. Less than half a year after opening, it has already become difficult to make reservations. It's no wonder it's so popular, and everything is delicious! The drooling chicken sauce on the rib roast was especially great. The owner's brilliant handiwork is also a must-see. The food and customer service were wonderful. It cost about 13,000 yen per person, including wine. I would like to visit you again if I have a chance.

I visited Keihide Tanaka!! ️

The store name is actually the owner's name🤭

The owner is a former head chef of a famous Chinese restaurant in Tenma🔥

Many people will recognize you when you say charred saury restaurant 🙌

This is the one that was opened independently from the store💁

Although reservations continue to be difficult, we managed to get a reservation slot 🎵

Finally, I made my long-awaited visit 🥺

It's been a long time since I've eaten Mr. Tanaka's cooking, so I'm going to enjoy it to the fullest! ️

The ultimate course that started with steamed egg custard with clam soup ⭐️

It's completely a bug that a small bowl of salmon roe pickled in Shaoxing wine is served from the first order.

My favorite special red sauce for Wagyu shabu-shabu🔥

Add more noodles and eat the sauce till the end 🍜

The matsutake mushroom spring rolls were also innovative and delicious, I was impressed.

I was surprised at how delicious the steamed cod was!

The sauce made with grilled eggplant and plum meat brings out the flavor of the cod💪

The fact that there are 4 final dishes is also a complete bug 🫠

Mapo tofu with special fried rice that I ate for the first time in a while 🇨🇳

It was the best! ! That's all I can say! !

I was able to make my next reservation and have a new experience🫶
