I found this gem after visiting the Tokugawa Art Museum, and I always make an effort to go there every time I am in Nagoya. It’s a wagashi (和菓子), Japanese confectionery store. I can see each sweet is made to a perfection!! I think the shop is popular among Japanese tea practitioners, as I see many take out orders ready to be picked up. I cannot wait to try more items!!

A confectionery shop of Japanese sweets, good for tea ceremony. Signature sweet is warabi mochi, one bite size, very soft with sweet bean paste 'anko' inside, sprinkled with soy bean powder 'kinako'.
It's generally considered a summer confection but they don't sell it during the summer time.
Only available October through June ends.
