Definitely one of the best Kyoto Cuisine restaurant in Ponto Cho area. Recommended: kamo-manju (big duck dumpling), namafu to nasu dengaku (mochi-like tofu and eggplant with miso, takikomi gohan (freshly boiled rice with savoury ingredients, such as scallops, shrimps, sea eel, chicken etc).

Yoshiya is located in an alley in Pontocho, Kyoto.
It’s been a while since I visited you🍴
There are no prices listed other than drinks.
You can enjoy just what you like individually, but it can be expensive, so I think it's better to buy a course⤴︎
When you come to Yoshiya, you'll want to try the kamameshi, duck loin, duck manju, and dashimaki 🎶
The dishes made with seasonal ingredients were delicious, and this time I enjoyed bamboo shoots and firefly squid ✨
Everything I received was very delicious 🎶
It is better to make a reservation.
A new building was being built across the street.
There is only one toilet, but it is Western style⤴︎

It's the best anywhere.
At this long-established Kyoto cuisine restaurant, you will be relieved by the attentiveness of the owner behind the counter and the pleasant knife handling and hospitality of the well-trained staff.
It's worth coming to this restaurant to enjoy watching the chef carefully and carefully select the ingredients while drinking a glass.
I wasn't able to come for a while due to the coronavirus, but I was able to enjoy the delicious meal and see the general in good spirits, so I decided to come from Yokohama.
I'll bother you again🎵
