Kyoto style kaiseki cuisine, very nicely done.

A Japanese restaurant in Enoshima where you can enjoy a relaxing conversation with the owner!
Will there be only one general after the end of the coronavirus? Personally, I prefer the current counter-only style rather than having employees sit at tables. It looks like you can enjoy it even if you order it a la carte.

I popped into this shop on the way back from a trip to Enoshima with a friend.
I arrived quite late, so I didn't stay there for long, but the Japanese restaurant had a great atmosphere and the food was carefully prepared and delicious.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get any alcohol because I was driving. Next time, I would like to stay nearby and visit.

I received "Sawara shabu-shabu"

[What I ate today]
●Otoshi (deep-fried eggplant)

●Assorted sashimi
Sumakatsuo, grilled Spanish mackerel, horse mackerel, black tuna, white clam, red sea bream
Everything was delicious.

●Fried Onita green onions
Powdered soy sauce is sprinkled all over. It was served with sweet miso containing perilla leaves. The Shimonita green onions were melty and sweet.

●Ginger-grilled bigfin squid
The lower legs and ears of a 1.5kg bluefin squid were dipped in ginger soy sauce and grilled. Since it was large, the meat was firm.

● Spanish mackerel shabu-shabu
We use fresh Spanish mackerel that can be made into sashimi.
The vegetables are bamboo burdock, mizuna, and thinly sliced exposed long onions.
Add the vegetables to the boiling stock, then make shabu-shabu with the Spanish mackerel fillets and enjoy with the vegetables, Spanish mackerel, and stock.
The soup stock was delicious and warming, and the vegetables were so delicious that I wanted a second helping.
Arima sansho and yuzu pepper also add an accent when eaten together.

After the shabu-shabu was finished, we had rice porridge.
It's a really delicious dish during the cold season.

It was delicious
Thank you for the meal
