    As the end of the year approached, I was taken here by a friend who is a regular customer.
    Less than a 5-minute walk from Nogizaka Station, this restaurant has the atmosphere of a hidden restaurant nestled in an alley. As soon as you step inside the store, you will feel an indescribable warm atmosphere. Seating can be divided into private rooms, tables, and mini counters, depending on the occasion.
    You can choose from either a la carte or course menu, and on this day I ordered the course.

    The atmosphere, stomach, tipsiness and satisfaction are very high.

    Plump and large Kitayori shellfish seasoned with broccoli and maitake mushrooms in a Chinese style. I was surprised at the transformation of Kitayori gai into Chinese cooking!

    The rich black vinegar paste is exquisite and pairs perfectly with Shaoxing wine.

    The Japanese pepper has a strong effect, and it may be the best mapo tofu I've had in 2024.

    ・Sunra hot water noodles
    The rich soup has just the right amount of sourness and spiciness, making it easy to eat with chopsticks.

    Contains crab, it's crunchy and can be eaten in no time

    It may look heavy, but when you eat it, it's not bitter and the perfect garlic flavor spreads in your mouth.

    Not only does it look beautiful, but the sauce soaks into the noodles well, and strangely the plate doesn't get dirty with the sauce (lol).

    On this day, I ordered a well-balanced selection of recommended menu items and standard dishes.

    First of all, the seasonal vegetables and green cabbage salad that came out was ginger on this day, but it was so delicious that I ended up having to replace it.
    Of all the things I ordered that day, there wasn't a single thing that I thought was not good, which was surprising.
    Overall, the taste is strong, so if you like bland flavors, you might enjoy it better if you tell us that.
    The mapo tofu was just the right amount of spiciness, and since I had ordered the fried rice to be spicy, I had it changed to garlic fried rice since it had not yet been cooked.
    Garlic fried rice has a strong garlic scent, but it doesn't seem to linger after eating, and while I was eating it, I was definitely worried about the garlic odor, but after I ate it, I didn't notice it at all.

    The staff's customer service is very pleasant, the price range is affordable, and it's not too crowded, so I'd definitely go there again!
