I made a reservation at 4pm on a weekday.
Those without reservations were turned away and we were also told that we would be limited to 2 and a half hours.
It's best to make reservations early.
[What I ate]
Seared horse mackerel
drooling duck
mutton dumplings
Chicken fillet with kelp
Nanban pickled sweetfish
Onigiri x2
Sake (2 cups)

#I forget the official name of the menu
#In addition, there are 2 types of appetizers
Whatever you eat is delicious (*´ω`*)
You will be amazed at the elaborate dishes prepared in the small kitchen.
The portions are just right and it's fun to eat a little bit of a variety of things.
It's the kind of store you'd want to take your junior colleagues to and be told, "That's a great store!" (lol)
If you know it, you might say it has a tsuu-like atmosphere.
I would love to hear from you again.
Thank you for the meal★
