Aka-chōchin Description
One of the standout dishes at Aka-chōchin is the 'Shibirenira Itame,' a stir-fried dish that features tender black wagyu beef with a unique and addictive texture. This dish is prepared with great care and takes time to marinate, resulting in a flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth experience. Another highlight of the menu is the wide selection of shochu, a traditional Japanese distilled spirit, which pairs perfectly with the rich flavors of the beef.
The atmosphere at Aka-chōchin is warm and inviting, creating an at-home dining experience. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team, adding a personal touch to the service and creating a friendly and welcoming environment. Whether you're looking for a place to unwind after work or a spot to enjoy a meal with friends, Aka-chōchin is the perfect choice.

I didn't make a reservation, but I called last minute and it was empty, so I was able to get in.
This restaurant is famous for its extremely fresh meat and for being able to eat raw meat.
First, I ordered the sashimi platter.
Heart, senmai, mino, tongue, skirt steak, and guts can be eaten raw.
It already has vinegar miso on it. It would be even better if you could eat it with sesame oil and salt.
Personally, the heart, skirt steak, and tongue were especially delicious.
The meat in the stew [spicy] was tender and exquisite.
Next, I ordered mixed vegetables.
This one has mixed grilled vegetables.
The meat is so fresh that you can eat it raw, so you can definitely grill it!
Although it is not shown in the photo, I also ordered a mixed grill (large) with salt after this.
There is no final menu, but rice and soup are available.
Thank you for the meal!
