You can enjoy French cuisine that is neither bistro nor high-class French cuisine, but just somewhere in between. As it is a French cooking institute, I felt that the chef had thoroughly studied classical French cuisine. Since it's a one-off operation, the space is reserved and the atmosphere is like visiting a friend's home. There were three main meat dishes to choose from. The volume is also solid. It is also impressive that they use expensive and rare Japanese ingredients and fruits. This is a restaurant I would like to go to again. (It seems difficult to make reservations)

This restaurant was recommended to me by a foodie. Due to its popularity, it is difficult to make reservations at least a month in advance. It can accommodate around 6-8 people, so it's suitable for people who like a small atmosphere. The chef handles everything from serving to cooking. Enjoy interesting reproductions of dishes from the Louis dynasty. If you like French cuisine, we highly recommend you to go.

The name is ``Nihonbashi French Cuisine Laboratory''.
Lied Vaux brioche wrapped, oyster lute, baby pigeon royale...
You can enjoy French cuisine with a modern twist on classics.
You can choose from 3 main dishes.
The chef's explanations are interesting, and it's a place you'll want to visit to see the next research results.
I would like to recommend it to lovers of classic French cuisine.
