A phenomenal experience if you can find it and get in. You need to call basically right at 3pm the afternoon before you want to go. Reservations are for 2 hour blocks and go VERY quickly, even for weeknights. There is no menu but based on our experience it seems to come out to about ¥2000 per drink. Drinks are recommended by staff based on what you say you like and what they currently have. He's always traveling and picking new spirits and the like. Listening to the other guests can also give one ideas on what to try.

Not your typical bar. It’s a Farm-To-Bar concept. They don’t have menu so you gotta have your go-to cocktail and they’ll prepare if for you with a twist. Had 2 drinks. But, I love the Old Fashioned with hint of coffee. It was soooo good!

One of the best farm-to-bar cocktail bar we have been and it was a phenomenal experience for us. There is NO-MENU here so speak to them what’s your spirit preference and flavour profile, you will ended up with some delicious concoction by Mr.Hiroyasu Kayama himself. Each drink is uniquely crafted from ingredients grown from the owner’s farm and housemade special distilled spirits.
It really is a very small and intimate bar so do check on their opening schedule and make booking 1 day in advance to avoid any disappointments. Don’t walk-in cause the high chance you won’t get a seat. The team here speaks minimal English, quite friendly and very accommodating, we ended up having the bar seats.
