At the end of 2020, a business owner who had been working hard since 2004 was overcome with stress due to the corona pandemic and fell ill with Kagoshima disease. Fortunately, he survived. Even though it has already been a year and a half since he developed symptoms, he is still working hard on his rehabilitation, and it is heartbreaking. Before he collapsed, he had heard that plans were well underway to finally open his long-awaited second store, and since September last year, he had been visiting the store once a month, but he said it was only for two hours. He also seems to get tired when he is at the store and has to go home, so I tell him that I won't go until he can go to the store at least once a week, and I cut him off and encourage him to do so. While he was hospitalized for half a year at the same rehabilitation hospital where Shigeo Nagashima, who had suffered a cerebral infarction, was also treated, he enjoyed cakes from Bestry Boutique at Park Hyatt Tokyo, mango almonds from the basement of Isetan Department Store, and Instagram-worthy decorations for girls. Because he brought me whole cakes and other things so many times, everyone in the room called me the sweets uncle. He also received a title. At that time, I happened to hear from an acquaintance that Mr. Shigeo Nagashima signs autographed balls with his left hand instead of his right hand, which was disabled due to a cerebral infarction, and I was very grateful to be able to obtain the autographed ball with Shigeo Nagashima's left hand. This came true, and I gave it to Mr. Shigeo Nagashima, who was working hard on his rehabilitation at the same hospital, and asked him to look at the autographed ball he had signed with his non-dominant left hand and use it as encouragement. There was also a person in the same room as Shigeo Nagashima, who prayed with his hands clasped in front of the autographed ball, saying he would do his best.

Currently, the person who started working at the store nearly 10 years ago is doing his best to run the store by himself. I strongly believe that you will do your best to protect the store, so I vowed that until the boss can come to the store at least once a week, I will cut off Caruso and not come here until the boss returns. Until then, it must have been a lot of work by myself, but since the restaurant has become so popular, I had to work hard to live up to its name. For the first 10 years, my boss would sometimes close the shop in the wee hours of the morning and stay in his sleeping bag until the first train. I took a nap, rested my body, and worked hard to protect this store, so I entrusted the store to them, asking them to do their best to protect the store so that their efforts would not go to waste.

I strongly hope that the hard work of both of you will be rewarded someday.

No, thank you very much for always having a blissful time 😊✚✚✚

This is an authentic bar with an interior that is full of cool atmosphere.
The main thing is cocktails. It's also fun to watch the cocktails being made with their hands. I think the cocktails had a gorgeous impression.
There's no big back bar, and the whiskey is mainly in the cupboard. The items seem to change from time to time, and if you tell them what you like and what you're feeling, they'll make recommendations.
It's an old-fashioned izakaya located in a building on the first floor, and the entrance is difficult to find and the signboard is small, so it's difficult to find and enter, but once you enter, you'll feel very comfortable and relaxed. The owner and bartender will talk to you in a friendly manner, so you can ask anything you want even if you don't know anything about alcohol.
There are table seats, so it's convenient if you go with a group of people.
