It is my third or forth time here. Always coming for the dessert buffet. Even though it is called so, there is a plenty of delicious savory options. All food presented nicely in small portions and tastes very good. The price is also relatively on the cheap side and through various reservation websites, you can get additional discounts. I do not recommend to come here alone but if you do and you need a reservation, you can make it by phone. If you can, ask for a table with a view of the Rainbow bridge. The view is very pretty.

I went there for the desert & light meal buffet at late Nov 2019. The dining atmosphere and environment is very comfortable. I like Intercontinental brand's deserts which tasted not too sweet, but soft and smooth. They prepared kinds of cakes which I love so much. Desert choices were so much that I just hate my stomach is too small. I even have no space for the light meal.

Ate dinner one evening during my stay at the Intercontinental Tokyo Bay. Food was very good. Lots of selection for the buffet.

The sushi plate was very good. Had two plates, which surprised the chef. Also was served a chicken soup which had a delicious pot pie like crust.

Beer menu was very extensive. Overall, a bit pricey but enjoyable.
