Stopped by after eating white chocolate soft serve ice cream.
As it is a high-class chocolate shop, the inside of the store is fashionable☺
I wanted to buy a wooden box of ``Baumkuchen'' and ``Too Long Roll Cake (Plain)'' as souvenirs to take home, but I had no choice but to give up as I was scheduled to stay in Hakodate for the next two days.
However, I bought a few cakes to enjoy after returning to the hotel.
I forgot the name, but it was really delicious 🍰

I just found this place by chance while looking at Google Maps!! The ratings were good, so as a dessert lover, I couldn't resist and went right away.
Maybe it's because it's a local Japanese bakery, but the staff doesn't speak English! Please take note!!
The menu was diverse, so I received recommendations from the staff and chose two items to purchase. There was no place to eat inside, so we took out some food and ate it on a nearby park bench!! The packaging was done very carefully, so I don't think the desserts would get messed up!!
The first dessert was fresh fruits, refreshing jelly pudding, and something like milk pudding(?) underneath... It was a dessert that was perfect for hot weather because it had the right combination of freshness and sweetness!
The second dessert can be a bit greasy because of the whipped cream on the outside and the custard cream on the inside, but the green grapes made it refreshing so it was very sweet!!
Personally, I wish there was a dessert shop like this in my neighborhood~!!!

I'm a tourist.
When I happened to find the store and entered, I was confused by the array of authentic chocolates, baked goods, and cakes.
Since the name of the shop has cacao in it, I was sure that the chocolate cakes would be delicious, so I ordered two types of cake, and the other was a seasonal passion fruit buttercream cake.

I had it at the hotel.
It was absolutely delicious.
I was particularly impressed by the three-layered mousse (or cream?) called Rela Cacao.
The Black Forest cake (I can't remember what it's called at this shop) was better than any I've had before. There were also lots of cherries.

The passion fruit buttercream cake was a magical cake where the layers of cream had different flavors and when they went into your mouth, they mixed together and became even more delicious.

I would like to attend if possible.

★Soft-serve ice cream, shaved ice, gelato, and parfaits are available at a shop across the road.
You can't eat or drink inside, but there are chairs outside.

A Western confectionery shop where you can enjoy seasonal flavors and never miss a beat.
The seasonal apple pie is really delicious right now, but today I chose a limited edition cake and enjoyed it relaxing at home.
Tea Berry: It was described as having an earl gray scent with berries and black tea mousse, but I don't think it was that much of an earl gray scent. It feels like the presence of chocolate is bigger. But it was delicious and looked cool.
Cassis Maron This one had a beautiful mousse and was moist, so I guess I was more excited about this one.
Both are 440 yen each.

I stopped by for the first time in about a year,
The cash register was a self-service machine like in a supermarket, and I put money into the machine to pay. It's progressing. It's good as a countermeasure against coronavirus, but I felt it was a little bland.
