I’d say it’s a 4.5/5. Service was great because I struggled to order from the machine. I tried to choose the chuuka soba with the ago dashi (sardine broth) but maybe because I can’t read kanji well, I ended up ordering the wrong thing. The chef was nice enough to help me order what I wanted and they weren’t busy so that was helpful.

The special ago dashi soba was delicious but VERY salty. Other than that I really enjoyed it!

Good soup. Place run by sweet, friendly younger couple. Got the chukka soba special. Egg perfectly cooked between soft and hard, pork very thinly sliced (kind of tasted like old fashioned sliced roast beef, in a good way). Broth had an appealing unctuousness. Noodles good but are they soba with buckwheat - I know there’s a genre thing going on with that I haven’t figured out yet.

this is really Good quality ramen! i wanna try others at next time! i’ll definitely come again!

Translated from Japanese:

I visited on a weekday night. I ate the special ramen. The noodles were thin, crisp, and delicious. The soup had a fishy flavor, and although it looked clear, it had a relaxing taste. The boiled egg has a runny yolk and contains a whole egg...

Translated from Japanese:

Entered the store around 7:30pm. Smooth with no lining up. I ordered the Ajitama Chinese Soba and the bowl arrived in about 5 minutes. Although the noodles were thin, I liked the filling and firm noodles! The soup is also really delicious. It was a delicious ramen that I want to go to regularly.

Translated from Japanese:

I visited around 8pm on a weekday night and entered the store without waiting in line. (The restaurant is full.) I ordered the special Chinese noodles. I could choose thick noodles, but I chose thin noodles. As a result, the noodles are thin and have a perfect firmness, and the noodles themselves have a presence and are delicious.
