Cuisine Shingo Nihonbashi Review Summary

Fantastic set menu in small restaurant run by a gifted young chef and his wife. Food was excellent, original fusion cooking with Japanese traditional dishes. Wine list was correct at affordable price. Excellent quality and value for money. We paid 190$ for 2 with bottle of french wine. Highly recommended

The inside of the restaurant is not very large, but there are few tables and there is no feeling of being crowded, so I was able to enjoy a delicious meal in a quiet and calm atmosphere.

Cuisine with attractive appearance and excellent taste.

SHINGO, a French kaiseki with a sense of the seasons. Mitsukoshimae Station. I will visit again. From appetizers to fish, chawanmushi, soup, Japanese beef, chirimen sansho rice, dessert, and a drop of tea, it was soothing with a polite taste. Cherry blossoms are also displayed in the restaurant, wonderful. There has also a small private room.
