The surface of the eel was grilled crispy, and the salty sauce gave it a sweet taste.
Although it was very fatty, it gave the impression that the meat was a little thin.
The portions are on the small side, so if you are young or eat a lot, you might want to try a large serving of rice (not sure if this is possible).
The special version comes with liver soup and pickles.
