Nikujiru udon is the famous one. Hard texture cold udon dipping into a hot pork and spring onion soup. Lunch time is busy and people were queuing outside. Write name and wait for them to call you for a table.

10/10 from food to service. One thing you can see really well is the efficiency of the staffs, they are very quick to take your order, bring out your food and clean up the table for the next customers. The food was very delicious too.

The soup was super hot. It is natural to serve hot soup, but there are many restaurants that do not do this. But it's really hot here.
The noodles are chewy without being powdery. The meat ribs are large and the green onions are well-cooked.
I was disappointed in the reviews that the tempura was made in advance, but I was able to eat freshly made tempura when I arrived at the store as soon as it opened.
The store was filled with customers one after another, and I could see that the store was loved.

It's only open on weekdays, so I took my day off and visited after 10am. The parking lot was already filling up. I ordered gravy udon and shrimp tempura. The chewiness of the udon noodles was perfect, and the pork in the gravy had a very high quality sweetness and was very delicious. This is a recommended restaurant if you want to eat Musashino udon.
