Fujiya Review Summary

I have been to many Michelin star restaurants. FUJIYA is as good as any of them. The attention to detail and the impeccable service made my dinning experience fantastic. The chef and his staff are also very friendly, which adds to the dinning experience. I highly recommend FUJIYA!

All I could say is the kaiseki was fantastic - presentation and taste especially with company of great friends.

Such an amazing little spot in Kyoto! A friend recommended this as a traditional Japanese Kaiseki restaurant and they did not disappoint. We sat at the counter and were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the dishes and the engaging and educational conversation with the chef.

Magical world they create, magical power of great taste and artistic presentation. Each dish carefully created right in-front of you! What an experience it was!
