This store serves offal meats. The quality is perfect. All offal came from abattoir directly and extremely fresh.
As their freshness MINO(tripe), Liver, Hearts and tongue can be eaten as Sashimi.
Just to make sure that eating Liver as Sashimi is illegal in Japan, eat them with Your Own Risk!!

It is a famous yakiniku restaurant in Meguro, and the walls are decorated with colored papers of various famous people, indicating that it is a restaurant that is loved by not only locals but also many people.
You can choose cabbage or kimchi to go first, but this time I chose kimchi. The celery kimchi is very delicious and stimulates your appetite.
I ordered 3 types of grilled food: tongue moto, tontan, and horumon, and they were all very delicious. It's not greasy and is very easy to eat, making the rice go well.
The restaurant also has a wide variety of other yakiniku restaurants, including kejan and hatsashi, which you won't find at other yakiniku restaurants.
Finish off the meal with cold noodles for a refreshing finish.
This is a Yakiniku restaurant that I would like to go to again and again.
