I also ordered the three-piece duck platter.

I visited during evening business hours,
It seems to be crowded at noon, but it seems to be calm at night, with no customers at 7pm.

I ordered ``Duck Soup Seiro'' and it came out right away with no waiting time.

I had high expectations because the menu said, ``Dashi soup made only with bonito without using kelp.''

Hmm, I'm disappointed that I can't really feel the flavor of the soup stock.
The taste is also a little weak.

The amount of dipping sauce was a lot, but I wanted it to have a soupy feel because I didn't need a lot of dipping sauce.

The duck meat is also grilled and then added to the dipping sauce, so the duck meat is tough and the duck fat has oozed out, so it doesn't taste like duck.

I was also concerned about the loud chatter between the staff members.

I think one of the reasons why it's so relaxing is that the store is spacious and there's a good distance between you and other customers.
I ordered tempura (a large serving of soba) and kelp jime shime mackerel😋The tempura was crispy and everything was exquisite☺️
