Got here at 6:45pm and waited a little over an hour to be seated, with about 15-20 people before me in the queue. At about 7:30pm they put up a sign for people to stop queueing as they were not taking any more customers for the day, so get in early!
The menu had a lot of options but was also fairly simple. The food was both affordable and really well made/tasty. There are set options that allow you to try several of the soup base flavours and come with sides. The sesame sauce and mushroom tempura were the standouts! The restaurant is spacious and relaxed, and there's also a section at the entrance where they sell their udon and sauces for you to make at home. One of the best meals we had in Tokyo!

Arrived on Saturday noon at 12.45 pm, waited for 2 hours to be seated. The food was delicious, the cold udon has a nice chewiness to it and the dipping sauce was tasty. The pot rice was delicious as well. Overall good meal but not sure if it’s worth the wait for. The lunch set is good value to try (1480 yen)

Our favorite meal we had in Tokyo! The udon noodles are so silky and chewy - I had never had a noodle quite like this before. The steak served on a lava grill was also so delicious! It was worth the hour long wait, though going at odd times would reduce your wait. Once inside, the staff is super efficient and quick to get you your food. 10/10 would recommend!
