Hagakure Udon Reviews

Hagakure Udon Google Average Rating

One of the best bowls I have ever had, even without adjusting to it's 680 yen price. (600 for only Shrimp)

The signature bowls are numbered #1 , #2 & #3: beef, shrimp tampura or Both respectively.

Everything is made to order in assembly line, excellent broth which isn't too salty, wide noodles that are heavenly fluffy. IMO the combination bowl is the top choice.

The green chilly with yuzu is a nice addition.

We liked the rice cone covered in Tufu skin (Inari Zushi)

It is a bit away from the main street. But it tasted good. The noodle is soft but elastic, I think the noodle texture is different from others. I recommend visiting there if you stay close from the restaurant.

If you haven't been here, you have to make a trip. It's about a 15-minute walk from Hakata station. You can also take the bus at Hakata station. Cost about 150 yen each way.
The place does get busy at 1 pm, but it moves fast. We got the #1 and #3. Both are really good! The udon is freshly made on the spot. The broth is perfect. Not salty at all. Both dishes cost 680 yen each. Well worth it. Highly recommended.
