Hakodate Shio Ramen & Guarana Drink. Lightly flavoured broth, this ramen store conveniently located outside our hotel appears in favorably in Google for salt ramen. The cosy ramen stall has constant people coming in for their ramen fix while I was there and even a queue during meal times. I personally still like Tonkotsu Based Ramen though.

Great place to try out Shio ramen. It’s lighter but still great in flavour and I absolutely loved it. Definitely would recommend and I will come back whenever I visit Hakodate. I’d also recommend ordering a side of the gyoza which helped complete the meal. FYI the lines can get long but at least I think it’s worth the wait.

Ordered chahan and gyoza from this ramen shop. Fried rice was incredibly good! It's very well-fried and rice was not clumpy at all. And it was full of flavours too! Gyoza was also delicious! Very plumped and juicy! The shop owner was also very friendly with a foreign tourist like me. Thank you!

Just opposite to Hakodate Station, this Hakodate Shio Ramen was so tasty, the char siu was one of the best 5 that I ever had. The home made gyoza is a must try too. Indeed, I want to try their fried rice, but my stomach was too full...wish someone who have ever tried can share their review.

Simple, cheap, tasty and conveniently located next to the JR station. Ordered the Shio ramen and it warmed me up and was very yummy. Came in on a Monday night at around 20:30 and was no line or wait.
